ASP 1.1 to 3.5 Upgrade for Web Application

The objective of this project is to upgrade our current WEB APPLICATION from ASP 1.1 to the latest version which I belive is 3.5 This is a web-based volunteer and event management solution for the charity industry. It allows charities to management their volunteers and employees. The web based application has been developed in [login to view URL] with about 60 employee pages and 30 volunteer facing pages. That includes pop up windows. There is a bit of urgency to the project which we estimate should take no longer than 4-5 days of cleanup after the project is saved (it should prompt you to update to 3.5 anyway and then we just need to clean up the pages that are not working.
