Need a web search for blogs, Yahoo style listings, with the ability of bloggers to add their blog URL, category and description to the directory via web. Searchers on the site will be able to find blogs by search box or directory listing links Site will have categories for topics -- all listings MUST BE BLOGS. No links/listings can be websites for non-blogs. Site will have an ADD BLOG URL function that adds the URL to the site bot for indexing Bloggers who submit and want express inclusion on the site directory can pay a small fee so we will have a payment processing form (we already have payment cart but need the upgrade function for submitters).
