Change Internet Users' Start Page

This project involves two (2) main parts: 1) You need to devise an efficient and creative way to change an internet users start page to an address I specify. This method cannot include downloading any file(s), or having any visible prompts (ie; cannot have a visible "Do you wish to run this ActiveX...." or "Do you want to set your start page to..."). Prompts can exist as long as they are not visible. **Once you figure out a method, post a bid request with what you plan on doing in detail so I can get a better idea of your method.** 2) The second part is upon acceptance of your bid, you code your programs/scripts. **Then you get paid. ** -Jeff ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) and/or scripts in executable form (if necessary) as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package (including installation support) that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform I will accept higher bids as per a wider range of platforms and internet browsers supported. Microsoft Internet Explorer on Windows is mandatory, however.
