Create Blog

Create a blogger account and create a blog. I have attached an image to show how the blog must look and I have attached the images with which you must create the blog. The blog must have commenting functionality. I already have a blog but I don't like the way it looks; so basically you are simply recreating my existing blog but you are just changing the way it looks.
