Creative Web Designer

I am looking for a creative web designer to design one of my Website. This is first step of contract worth of 1-2 year work. In this first step I would like to get Home Page design done. If chosen designer deliver it satisfactorily, we will commence further work. Further work includes, developing other pages of the website, Developing material for branding, and marketing. Also there will be seasonal images and banners as needed. This is one of 5 products I am planning to launch. Similar work would be required for all other 4 products. I will send further details of work to selected designers. You do not have to specify bid amount till you get actual work details. Please send examples of work you have done. ## Deliverables I would like to avoid those designers who are only looking for temporary work for sometime. This first step is part of team building process between developers and designer. So please avoid bidding if you are not looking for long term work. I am willing to pay good if I can find a really creative designer, although before accepting any bid I will request from the coder whom I am about to select to send me an image for his/her idea about the site design. I will not accept any bid before seeing an image first. You will reserve all rights of design till bid is accepted. Quality and creativity really matters here so beginners would not be considered. Bidders with 9 or less rating please avoid bidding unless you have worked on at least 20 projects on Rent A Coder. I do not wish to make a copy of someone's website. It need to be original . If during process I found out that design was taken from somewhere else then serious remark will be left in the feedback. I hope professional designers do understand my concern about copying. Selected designer must deliver all PSD's, Fonts, HTML/ CSS files of the new site, taking in consideration that the HTML must be DIV based and compatible with all browsers. Design need to be XHTML compliant.
