Custom Live Chat Support Program

Our website is built on .Net 2.0, Microsoft Windows 2003 Server and MS SQL Database 2000 and we currently need to develop an Live Chat Program similar to boldchat, phplive or [login to view URL] in order that we can provide live chat support to our customers. Coder can choose from a range of custom solution or tell us your idea about possible simpler solutions you may know of. Basically what we need are four things. 1) - We need the live chat program to AUTOMATICALLY BE OPEN IN TO A LIVE CHAT SESSION when someone visits the web page and there is an operator that is signed in. So at the top of the page without even clicking anything - a visitor will find a live chat session with a live agent already there. 2) - We need **canned messages** to automatically be entered into the system like: "Hello welcome to Hotel Hunters, this is (rep name) how may I help you?" "Hello?" "Are you there?" “Thank you for using Hotel Hunters?? “Bye?? 3) - We need to be able to track where the visitor came from to land on our site as well. Because we will be using this web page for [login to view URL] UP on other web sites. 4) - We also need for **_available_** agents to rotate, with each new visitor to the page - that way one agent is not getting bombarded with chats. Agents should be able transfer chat to other agents as well. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
