Desktop Image Uploader for Image Hosting Website

We are currently in search of someone (or a group) of programmers and/or developers who can help us create a desktop application where users can use to select and upload images to our image hosting service. Users of our image hosting service (our website) will download this application and run on their computers. They will be allowed to upload image files (jpeg, jpg, bmp, gif, png, etc.) and then upload it to our online image hosting service directly from their desktop. Additionally, I would like to have an option where quick "screen caps" are able to be taken using this application. Similar to [login to view URL]'s service where a user can press their designated hotkey(s) and select a selection of their desktop (using the mouse/cursor) and take a screenshot that directly uploads to the online server for viewing/sharing. Other Required Features (not all may be listed, it will be discussed): - Select more than one image while browsing - multiple image upload- "screensnapr" feature described above - keeps track of uploaded images via a list of URLs Application must be compatible with Windows (preferrably XP and on). Other Requirements: - Must be designed to work fully with our current image hosting script (Chevereto) Full details can be discussed.
