Ad Generator for posting properties on Social Sites - using SQL Database

Our company owns and manages & rents out space in? commercial office buildings. We are currently creating HTML ads to promote available office space on social marketing sites and in email, but are looking to have an automated ad generator. Based on our available properties (tracked in our SQL database) we want to be able to do a search for available space/buildings and then choose? from various? HTML templates that will display the details of the space pulled from our SQL database, creating an HTML? ad that can then be posted to social media sites or sent in email. ? We will design the templates, but the coder should develop the templates and then make them connect to the database so that information will be displayed properly. It also should incorporate Google tracking links so that we can track activity on our ads. We would also like to possibly incorporate a "content spinner" so that content appears unique.
