C++ and PHP (or ASP)

I need someone to write an application in C++ that will go to this website: ([login to view URL]) and retrieve the hidden html. That C++ application must be invoked by a user going to a php (or asp) page on a website and the value of the hidden html must be passed from C++ back to php or asp and echoed out on to the screen for the user to see. The page we need you to retrieve content from is COOKIE-BASED so cookies MUST be preserved in order for this to work and to recieve the correct html. If the facebook cookies are not preserved the 'token' part of the html will be incorrect and the application will not work.
