asp.net system with ajax

I have a project that i am needing some very serious coders for. The system will be in asp.net 2.0 with sql2005 and will use some js libraries to make the ui nice and clean with a rich set of functions there will be pages that allow users to edit content and data much like a cms. there will be several different templates that will have information in them that the users will be editing in place. I have had a person on my team make an example of the ui charactistics I can share with you. This system becuase it is much like a cms will have many users that are allowed to edit different things on each template. They will be able to lock(check out) the content and be able to mark content as complete. The system will have many notification routines that it runs to let different people know when certain types of users have made thier changes. Again this is a very serious project, it has a tight deadline of 4 weeks. you will need to be a fully dedicated person to this project and be able to chat daily. Skills are ASP.net 2.0 sql2005 Enterprise Blocks DAL Javascript, AJAX and libraries XML, SMTP ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
