HARDWARE DETAILS ---------------- GSM/GPRS Modem Module: SIM340D GPS MODULE: Holux M-91 PROCESSOR: LPC2364 or similar (ARM7) COMPILER: Keil TCP/UDP STACK: Keil Communication with server using GPRS(UDP) and voice/SMS/CSD/etc as backup Must be able to charge a internal battery (9.6V NiMH or similar) Must detect when the main power supply is cutted and inform the server (the internal battery will keep the module ON in situations like that) Two-way audio 4 inputs activated with GND 4 inputs activated with a voltage between 6-36V 4 open-collector outputs POWER SUPPY: 12-36V SMT ASSEMBLY SOFTWARE DETAILS ---------------- 1. Unlimited vehicles to be tracked 2. Web base application developed with asp.net(vb.net language) 3. Must support multiple languages like English, Spanish, portuguese, etc. 4. Must support IE, Firefox and Safari 5. Database: SQL Server 6. Windows Base. 7. Very Important be able to poll or ping the Unit for real time location 8. The application should be able to display the main page with maps and all the functions. The following are the functions that we need in the system. - History Reports with address detail Reports - Be able to select the maps format (MAPQUEST, GOOGLE MAPS, MICROSOFT VIRTUAL EARTH, MAPINFO, etc). - Be able to create multiple GEOFENCES pointing on the map with the mouse. - Be able to create multiples LOCATIONS AND POINT - Be able to create ROUTES at the map by clicking the MAP and also be able to save the route and assign the route to multiple Units CARS for Trailer Controll. - Be able to create unlimited Login for different Users (Also be able to assign Units Cars to this customers) - Historical exportable to excel or other (CSV). If your project has what we are looking for we are open to review it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
