Build a Website

Hi I'm seeking a programmer who can code a website in HTML5, similar to one I've created for a client in Flash. It needs to be as smooth, scalable and snappy as the "original" and it should run on both smartphones and tablets(Mac is the main problem ;) I've used a simple xmlEditor as backend, where the client can upload new photos, this should be possible in the new website too and it's very important that the highress-photos look as sharp and crisp as they do now - in every scale :) Please look through the website and estimate how many hours you'll need to do the re-make: [login to view URL] and send me links to other sites you done in similar projects.
