Billing system adjustments

Our company has developed a billing system for a garbage and sewage utility company. The system has already been developed; we just need a few extra features added to it. 1. Increase font size and bold of the recipient and address on the right piece of the billing statement. (this is the one without the return stub with payment). 2. The Total Due should include two decimal places and a dollar sign (ie.$140.00). 3. Adjust billing statement to fit on perforated paper. Very straightforward. Thank you!
