Convert script into Joomla Component and module

Hello. this is only for those who know Core Joomla programming My budget for this project is 30 - 50$ only 1. I want the attached script of Autosurf as component for joomla. which should work very smoothly both on 1.1x and 1.5x versions of joomla. 2. I also want the Current statistics as module which also should work smoothly on 1.1x and 1.5x versions. 3. the component should utilize template system of joomla. and the [login to view URL] options, and full control panel of script should be available in component admin panel. 4. I also want a debit card withdrawal system. in withdrawal section, we could discuss about this further. 5. this component would contain our copyright and it would be solely our script. 6. The front end and back end should work 100% properly, and should contain all controlling options. 7. the component all text should have full control from admin panel itself. 8.
