Build a CRM, possible vTiger for insurance company

I need a quickly built CRM for small my insurance company. It needs to: -Allow sales agents to sign up and join my company via wordpress to crm, upload portrait and personnel files - user/password login for admin and agents - admin to enter insurance companies names, products and commission level and new agents - agents or admin to add new clients - agents to connect clients to insurance company - admin can track and updates, upload files and status of clients - agents can add prospects leads and follow up with them - admin can email with gmail IMAP , merge mail to agents and clients - track report of sales made/ failed, sales in process, filter - and more, over 500 fields and 10 tables. We will enter data. I have tables, fields and sample layouts of what it could look like. I need a vtiger expert to put most or all of my ideas into reality.
