Sir, i have checked details and can do this work as per your requirement. if i am not wrong following is scope of work 1) when products comes from data feed existing product categories doesn't get updated. 2) new products go into particular category. so you have customs scripts for xml feed handling ? maybe i can modify those please let me know if you have any questions.
