Build PHP / MySQL Application

We need a web based application built in either PHP or Node.js. It must have a MYSQL database. Please see the attached document for full details. Please let use know whether you plan to use PHP or Node.js. Bidders must provide work samples. Code must be provided and well documented. The purpose of this system is to track individual projects and their payment schedule. Many of our clients make monthly payments. Currently the monthly payments are already in a database and the schema is below for you to reproduce. The purpose of this web app is to allow our bookkeeper to see what payments for each month still need to have an invoice generated. The payments in red (K5 and H6) represent payments without an invoice. Our bookkeeper would click on the $1500, put in an invoice number (as a string), click save and then the $1500 would be displayed as $1500 {Invoice string here} and would no longer be in red. The database should now allow for duplicate invoice numbers . This user will not have the ability to change the monthly payment amount, just add the invoice string as a new separate value. The unique identifier for each project is the project ID which will have a contract # (string) and project name. Each project could have multiple payments. The lower grid should list payments without a payment date. The table structure might need to be modified slightly. When you click the arrows at the top to scroll through dates outside of the 12 month calendar it should load new data without refreshing the page. No user management is required. The user will not have to login. We need a backup of your database and code when you are done and a live server link to test it on.
