Correcting bugs on our membership registration form

Dear coders, two bugs were reported on our registration form <[login to view URL]>: a) the country is not accepted. An absurd message shows, saying "personal country required", even though it has been indicated by the registrant, b) CVs cannot be uploaded even though their volume is inferior to the size chosen in the settings. The job consists in: i) correcting these bugs, ii) troubleshooting this page, iii) redesigning slightly this page according to our general design. Note: the member area has been written in Perl.
