Custom Videolan Media Browser(repost)

I'm in need of a custom web browser GUI using the media player videolan located at www.videolan.org. I want to run up to 3 video streams each from a different IP based recorder. Each recorder will have its own Videolan player window. Want a clean look with a build in macro that allows the user to start off using just one video stream at full screen, then add a 2nd stream at 1/2 of the screen and finally a third stream that is split into 1/3 of the screen in a side by side view. The interface will have a title of the location above each video stream on the top and on the bottom of the video clip is a waveform of the audio, which is a visual interface of the audio setting within videolan. Take a look at their website and let me know if you can do this. We will also need to be able to pre set each video stream to multi cast out to another server or PC. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Linux
