I can write a Python script to do the text file merging into one big text file. I have don't such task previously, So. I could do it in 2 hours maxium. If it is not done in timeframe, do not pay me and I will give you working script free.

I can make this script for an hour. In C, it will be native windows executable, and you can tell weather you like to select the folder before run or it should collect all txt files in current (sub)folders.
