Custom Wordpress plugin to import & update live XML feed of car classified listings

I am the owner of a Wordpress based ‘vehicle classifieds website’ and would like to request quotations for a custom WP plugin to allow us to import & update ‘vehicle stock’ data from a live WCF based web service (XML feed) from a third party car dealer site on a regular basis. The plugin should be entirely stand-alone (Not integrated into WP or theme) and have the following capabilities / features: • Functionality to setup cron-job frequency, date & time to automatically run XML import of stock. • The data feed (such as: Car make, model, year, colour, address, etc.) XML import format should be assigned to our database so that all fields & pictures displays correctly on our website. • Photos should be imported from the feed and manipulated so that it works with our theme. Eg: Main photos, thumbnails, mid size etc. • Enquiry box entries should be returned (submitted via XML template) to the third party web service’s lead engine. • Function / Button to manually do import overriding the set cron-job • Function / Button to delete entire feed from our website’s database, including associated files on server • The current functionality of the site should not be affected by this plugin and feed.
