Enhancement to WebSite

The list of enhancements for our site: - Setting Alerts for change of status of the orders/boxes/files. (For example, when an order is finalized, send a email warning this to the customer, or when a box is finished send a alert to the customer in order to check, and give to us feedback between 30 in order to physically delete the box) - Users and group administration for the customer, it means that we only create the first account, then our customers can create and administrate their own users and groups. - File marks (for example: Confidential, TopSecret, etc.) We want to create 5 marks, but the user can create more marks in the future, and they will administrate the users on those marks. - Currently we give to our users two ways of access their documents, one is searching, and the other is browsing our structure (Order->Box->Chart->File) But we want to create a custom taxonomy for the customers, that can be Company->Year->Alphabetical order for each letter (ABC..Z)->Patient Files. In order to do this, we have to add new metadata to the files.
