Actionscript/FLASH Pro

Looking for an actionscript 2.0 pro to work with our design team. We often have flash projects/game/sites that require some very skilled actionscripting and coding for games and highly interactive interfaces. Our graphics design team makes 100% of the art and sometimes basic movies for the actionscript team to begin constructing the games. So you don’t need to be an art pro but you do have to implement good designs as intended. You will often be asked for your thoughts on how to do something better or how to solve complex usability issues with the game or site. Our web and design teams are awesome and we are looking to you to make our flash team awesome. You should be able to consider yourself an expert and good at most things around the specific technology that we are looking for. As an example you will need to understand mysql sometimes and how it works with flash, you will need to understand php, sometimes even javascript. You should understand post and get commands from webpages. You must know how to populate flash from a db of text in the event we have dynamic text. The last example I have that you need to know is how to pass parameters to the flash, typically the loader to send a user to a certain section in the flash site, I call it bookmarking in the flash but it might have other names. You will work with our team remotely. When we have projects we often have many revisions and sometimes this can be stressful but in the end our teams always make an awesome game or site. ## Deliverables I need to see your portfolio Our games are of this quality <[login to view URL]> We communicate via chat (msn) and sometimes phone if needed. We want to think of you as a team member so we will ping you from time to time with projects or ideas. The reason for this post is that our last flash pro that filled this role got a full time job and we need to start finding a replacement before we have our next project. Our projects are usually grouped in 2-3 games and a site, this is typically what our clients are looking for. ## Platform
