We need a skilled developer or team of developers to set up a geocoding website. The website will be similar to sites like [login to view URL], locr.com. It will have an open, customisable design. You will need skills in web site developing, SOAP web services, Google Maps API. The web site is complex and not all of it's features are specified yet.
