CSS Web site develepment

Have a Web site developed by a graphic artist in Dreamweaver that needs to be recoded in CSS. Probably 2 hours of work. ## Deliverables There are two parts to the site: 1) a drop down navigation (don't want javascript) with some mouseover functionality 2) the body, which is fairly straightforward I'd like the nav CSS to be separate from the body CSS so I can call both in my HTML document. I? will provide any graphic files needed. Attachment is what the site looks like. All subsequent content pages look the same. The blue box on the bottom content changes.
