Chat Room in Ajax / PHP / MySQL

Hi, I am looking for a Chat Room to add to my application that has the following criteria: -Multiple channels to navigate easy to use and neat. -some icons available for users to place exp: happy face, funny faces .... bold, italic .... -when user close the chat window the chat application should automaticaly exist them out. -I need the users to be able to pick and chose what chat room category they can go to and chat. -need to allow the user to switch from category to another. I will provide the list -I need a count of how many people are chating in category and all categories. - the admin should be able to block a user from miss use. -the interface need to match this site design. <[login to view URL]> This is very important I need all code including the action script behind the interface.
