Clone or almost similar site needed

Has someone ever developed a site like GAF or other popular marketplace websites? like elance, gaf, scriptlance, oDesk and anything similar? I am ready to buy the existing developed website code. Ofcourse we won't use the names and copyrights. just the code and we will modify the look and feel of the site. We actually are just looking for ready made website. We don't want to spend time in having someone develop it from scratch.
