Convert website from Frontpage to MS Expressions

Convert [login to view URL] from FrontPage to MS Expression. Make PCI compliant. Fix any non-standard HTML and use properly tab formatting with proper indentation. Use the Expression template feature wherever a layout is repeated. Generally do polishing. Test on 3 top browsers at 3 popular screen resolutions. Move unused files to _privateunused. No files should be duplicated. Images should go in the image folder generally. Zip file will be provided. We have three additional websites if first project is done well.
