Data Logging / Database integration (PHP/MYSQL/FLASH)(repost)

Hopefully my requirements and needs are lucid... Essentially looking for someone to design a web-based system capable of entering, storing and retrieving both numerical and textual data. It is imperative that this system be accessible over multiple platforms. I.e OS Independent and almost purely web based. Given fields will not be overly complex however certain rules will need apply to various fields. I.e. for a certain field, numbers only or for the other text only. Selective parsing (i.e. to recall data given an selected date range or otherwise) will be necessary. To summarize: Web Based application Flash Interface Data Storage/Retrieval (MYQSL) Print Capabilities Hopefully that was concise enough, however feel free to contact to gain a better understanding of what it is I'm looking for. I do have screenshots which depict exactly what I'm trying to accomplish. As a side-note ... If a desktop application version of the above can be accomplished then that may also lead to another opportunity Regards
