Design a Site like Digg.com (Web 2.0 Design)

Design a site with functionality similar to Digg.com. You need to be familiar with Web 2.0 design for functional web sites. You only need to work with me to come up with the design, either in PSD mock ups or in HTML. We will give the mock ups or HTML to my developers who will implement the design. You will also need to create with the logo design.
