Design an accordion menu for mobile website

I want a simple accordion menu that I can edit with out being an expert in html/css/js. Something I can drag and drop or copy and paste to my mobile web page. I am using a mobile template to design my website. I want to change the menu on the template to an accordion menu. Example: <[login to view URL]> The width of the accordion should be 240px - 250px or the appropriate size that can be seen on all mobile devices.
