Develop a match making site in ASP.Net, Ajax and HTML5 to buy/sell templates

We need to develop a match making site(Online marketplace) to sell templates and graphics for our Easy Flyer Creator product [[login to view URL]][1], this portal needs to facilitate our users/customers to sell and buy templates for Easy Flyer Creator from this online marketplace.
