Job Description:
The programmer will assist me with various programming tasks 7-10 hours every week (tuesday to thursday). One example of a task could be to get a flash banner in 3 formats, I have completed one format, and you have to code the remaning two formats in the same way. Another example could be to code a scrollbar, or a video player that I can use.
Qualifications:
1. Has 2+ years of experience in "flash programming" (and not designing) as3 and as2
2. Has worked as a programmer on an actual flash project when you look at the tab "work history and feedback"
3. Works for less than $10 an hour preferably but not more than $5 initially. If they deliver a quality work, a raise is likely possible.
4. Has 3+ in english skills
5. Has been active within the last 30 days
6. Has a B.sc. or higher educational background
7. Has 8 rating (ate least) star rating from earlier experiences
8. Works with adobe flash CS5.5
9. Has a work sample with code that i can use for validation of experience level as a programmer. 50 lines of code is enough.
10. I should be able to talk to them directly via skype.
