changes done to phpfox script

We are needing someone that is knows what they are doing and is familuar with phpfox. We have site up right now but we are wanting to change template around and whole color scheme around and make it simular looking to hi5 in a way and also add in some plug ins that we already have code for. and also add a few features in aswell to make more unique this should be a easy project if you know what you are doing. whoever we pick will also if they do a good job have futur work from us.
