combining Flash code for gallery with webcam

i would like to have a gallery which can upload picture from a webcam, or can combine to example : 1,[login to view URL] or [login to view URL] combine with 2. [login to view URL] (no need any fire effect) just countdown from 3 after click) the idea is: taking photo LIVE upload to the gallery to show/slide show in the event. Feature: editable background, Polaroid can be able to add logo or Text. and size editable.
