Android application using AppsGeyser's software: A simple map with real-time location tracking

I need an app to display some text, a map, and to track the locations of specific cell phones. The cell phones will be administrators of the app and have the ability to perform actions in the application that no other users can perform. They can demand when to be tracked on the map. A route can be drawn on the map by administrators. Administrators can also write updates that show on the main page of app. Users as well as administrators can drop location pins on the map that display specific titles. That is it aside from an info page that simply has a description of the service.
