Become a Fan App for Facebook

HI, We'd like a become a fan APP for facebook like this: [login to view URL] Where the user becomes a fan of our page: [login to view URL] and also [login to view URL] through the app, he/she fills in some contact details (This needs to be conected to a [login to view URL] contact form) to enter into a give-away and then the app posts into their wall/profile that they have become a fan of us so that their friends can see that they did it. We are looking for a ripple effect when people sign up to be fans and we would like this to be posted onto the new fan's wall so their friends can see it and maybe also be interested in going to our page and also becoming a fan.? We need to be able to localize it for both our Portuguese and Spanish sites easy.? We have some knowledge of PHP in house.? How the app looks doesn't have to resemble the above link. It's the functionality I'm looking for.
