Build Small Business Website that looks AWESOME!

I need a small business website (30-40 pages) built from scratch that looks AWESOME. It needs to have clean, uncluttered look and feel - think Apple, [login to view URL], etc. This website doesn't require any advanced coding or shopping cart functionality. I would think a little Javascript might be the most needed. I want to have a website that avoids functionality that may cause browser compatibility issues - no Flash, Silverlight, etc. A rough draft of my ideas is attached - not very detailed, so I expect a "back and forth" discussion and several rounds of changes. Ensure your bid takes this into account. You will also need to do some minor graphics work - 4-5 images/graphics. I usually pay 10-20% bonus depending on my satisfaction with the work. I'll also pay a 10% bonus if everything can be turned around in 7 days. If you haven't completed at least 10 similar type projects, it is unlikely you will be considered.
