Document JavaScript - Easy hour long project!

Look at attached text file - it is a short piece of javascript code. I want someone to conduct two tasks: #1 Give a summary of what the Javascript does and commentary on the approach used by the writer - why did they write the code this way? Were there better options to use? How would you do it better (just bullet points). #2 Comment on every line of the code. What is the function of each line? This piece of code is used to analyze a windows host and determine what type of exploit code to deliver as malware. This was taken from a compromised system. Thanks!
