DC converter for car

Hi, My bid for this project is 250USD from very detailed design with report consisting simulations and computations/analysis to PCB layout. However I will not provide a prototype. With my long time experience in power supply you can expect an excellent result. My name is John Lester Soronio. I am a senior switching power supply and charger design engineer and currently working as project lead of many power solutions released in the market involving AC-DC power supply, DC-DC power supply, DC-DC converter (buck, boost, buck-boost, flyback, forward, resonance, etc), chargers and adapters. I am in this business for more than 10 years. I am working full time at Artesyn Embedded Technologies; formerly Emerson Network Power. Hi, My name is Stefan, and I am a Power Apps. Engineer. I had a look on your project requirements, and I think I may have a solution for you. I designed in the past a converter that fulfills most of the features you need. I believe that with some customization I will be able to provide the converter you need. I develop my boards using Altium, and I can provide the output files that you need. I think that the time frame in my bid is more realistic than a very short period of time, because beside the design effort, also the manufacturing/component purchase/transport/testing are adding up some days. I have available efficiency measurements (at different load currents) of my existing converter and some screenshots with the board/waveforms. This sounds like a relatively simple design, the challenge here would be the price. If I get this I'll look if I can make the coil from PWB traces to save costs and learn magnetic design.
