Build a sneaker program for windows and mac!

Hello here are things I would like my program to consist of. - Automatic add to cart service; - Operates on Windows (Optionally MacOS); - Multithreaded application (Meaning it will run by itself and preforms all actions outside of a browser in its own application); - Solving reCAPTCHA (Automatically); - Keyword finder (Entering a keyword that corresponds to the item); - Shoe size selector; - Automatically fill in personal details (e.g. bank details, address); - IT HAS TO BE VERY FAST (Due to a lot of competition, e.g. competition search for "Heated Sneaks", "Aiobot", "Nikeshoebot".); - Reattempt (If unsuccessful on the first try, this bot will continuously attempt to checkout and place your order(s) automatically until successful); - Proxy support (If possible); - Paypal & creditcard usage; - Early link support Now the explanation as to why my price is low, that is because I wont need you one time. There will be multiple updates needed to keep us at the top! So i am wanting to charge clients for a so called ATC services. Meaning that I use there information to grab the product for a fee, for example I have a friend that does this his program successfully bought 111 pairs for clients charging $300 per slot. That is $30,000 plus some for a service. I am wanting to give the developer of this program 10-20% of all ATC checkouts that are successful. So I will need you forever basically!
