Hi, I'm Delphi expert with years of experience in various areas including OCR. Building a general captcha decoder is not an easy thing to doo and thus not a cheap one, I recomend using some of already existing libraries for captcha solving and I can build a wrapper around one of that libraries.

It is not clear from your brief description whether you have a captcha that you wish to convert to plain text, or whether you wish to convert plain text into a captcha. If its the former, then can you give some examples?
