Hello, If you read through my resume and work experience you will find that my background is highly involved in customer service and support. You may be wondering how this applies to collecting a debt, however, I believe it gives me a distinct advantage. You see all my time is spent dealing with people either on the phone or through email. They are not always nice, so I have plenty of experience dealing with rude, irate, and uncooperative people.
