Hello, I am a Computer science engineer with a post graduation from one of the premiere B schools in India. Currently working in one of the largest paint companies in India. I have worked in setting up the digital road map for the company. I am also responsible for a managing all IT led projects for marketing that involves managing the current CRM stack, setting up newer processes on CRM (sales, service, marketing) and integrating it with various touch points like website, mobile apps, yellow page directories, messaging services etc. I would need more details on the project expectations however the mentioned topic is my area of interest + expertise.
