Custom Media Player for Windows

I need a Media Player for Windows which can play video and as well as audio for all formats. It should have options like play, pause, stop, next/previous track and maybe a subtitles function. The source code have to be user-friendly and easily understandable. - I will pay after I am fully satisfied and I accept your work. - You should provide revisions and changes so we can make sure that it is what I am looking for. I will provide some examples of similar softwares via Private Messages, the media player is pretty simple and does not require lots of features and options just general ones and a nice graphic design.
