Corporate Brochure Design Needed

Corporate identity - re-branding. We need someone to help in designing a new brochure for our business. It should be a 1 page document, front and back. This will highlight the core areas of our business and allow for a presentation piece for corporate introductions. Our business is construction based and we already have a concept that needs to be reproduced and refined to be perfect. Given a one-page document restricts the amount of content allowed - we may also opt for a 4 page brochure (front, insides, back). This will need to be established throughout the design process, so please only price for one page, front and back. We can negotiate a rate for 4 page if required. We will need to see many different adaptations of our concept to ensure the layouts are correct. I must see examples of previous works before awarding this project. Ideally looking for black and white images with colour text to stand out. This job may also lead to future works as we will need business card design, potential website works etc. We are based in Australia so will be suited to designers operating within a similar timezone. Please ensure you mention where you are from. Remember - we already have a concept, so we have done some of the work for you. This will be about refining and perfecting what we have already done, adding new content, images etc. Thanks
