Project Small project –small value on going project Produce a saving manual for the organisation with business and project cost saving ideas (draft attachment to be provided in word which needs some formatting , and serious editing to produce a fully presentable guide to costs savings) Attachment to be issued Produce contents pages linked to headings and correct number pages Summary at back correct number pages and update summary titles as deemed suitable Add in net present value calculation (attachment to be sent to provide template-needs to be simplified) All paragraph summaries can be reworded into more grammatical paragraphs but must be a professional guide/ manual template aimed at demonstrating in laymen’s terms how to calculate the calculation Any new calculations may be added The format titles all document may be amended changed into a fully compus mentis procurement guide to cost saving as deems suitable to the authors expertise Following the submission the client will add a couple of calculation to be formatted into the document on phase two
