Arabic Translation / Data Entry

I have a Syrian Arabic language textbook that is about 350 pages consisting of 8 chapters. I have marked on the pages what words in Arabic and English that I would like placed in a spreadsheet or a table format. Each cell in the table should have only one word, or one sentence (depending on what is highlighted). It is really more data entry than translation, but the Arabic must be accurate. Each line in the table should have the Arabic word/sentence and the English word/sentence. If the English is not highlighted with the Arabic, please include the English (95% of the time the English will be highlighted). I have included Chapter 1 in the project proposal to give you an idea.
