Hi there, I could build you a plug-in for Outlook (are you using 2007 or 2010, or another version?) that would add a button to your toolbar when you have an email open. I can scan the body, extract all email addresses located and set up a new mail prepopulated with those emails. From your brief, I'm not sure what you'd want in the body of the new mail, will you be populating this manually or will it come from a template? I've built a number of Outlook plugins before, so I know how to do this and it shouldn't be a problem. Please do take a look at my profile for recent reviews of my work. Hello Wsl88 I am a PHP developer. What you are referring to is a basic PHP script that scans the inbox that the form mails are sent to, extracts the information in the body of the mail and then updates a database, sends a mail, etc (triggers a useful action). I've done this script for customers countless times and am very familiar with them. All that's need to implement this is the login details of the inbox and the basic structure of the text email. You would then run the script as a regularly-scheduled Cron job to process new emails every few minutes. It would take me a day or two to set up one of these for you. Contact me to discuss further.
