CMS Villa Listing Website Required

We require a new Villa Listing and Information website with a Content Management System (CMS) for our villa listing business. 1. Design - We would like a unique design and layout to be based on the following website: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] 2. Search - We would like the search to function in the same way as [login to view URL] with Country, Region and Cities. But we do not want the booking date search on. 3. Advertising - we also need rotating banner advertisements at the top and sides of the site that we can control via the CMS. 4. Villa Listings - we want the layout of the villa pages to be similar to [login to view URL] where it has all the information, gallery, prices and Google maps etc. 5. Content - We need the content from our previous website [login to view URL] to be transferred in (we can give you full access to the server) (username: travel password: guest). There are 5000 villas to transfer into the new website. 6. Content Management System - We require a full content management system so we can add/edit/remove villas and listings as well as upload images and information etc. We need to be able to assign other admin usernames and passwords with different permissions. We also need to be able to manage the banner advertisements on the site. 7. Villa owners login - The villa owners also have to be able to register on the site and update and amend the details of their own villas only. 8. Holiday Extras - we also need to plugin the facilities from [login to view URL] (such as Air Port Parking, Hotels etc.) we will provide the API. 9.
